This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to learners’ lives by providing high-quality, personalised support across a wide range of subjects and learning needs. We are seeking Learning Support Assistants on a Supply FE Bank (sessional) basis, with opportunities offered based on skill set, availability, and college requirements across the NCG network. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant within NCG South London colleges, you will support learners to access their studies, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.
