Short, because we store very little: there are no accounts at this stage and the only personal data you give us is your alert email. Last updated July 2026.

UPDATED JULY 2026

1. Data controller

The controller is the Vox network (identification details on the legal notice page in the footer). For any privacy matter, write to us: supportvoxs (at) gmail (dot) com

2. What data we process

There are no user accounts at this stage, we do not ask for CVs and we do not process applications.

3. Data inside job ads (professional content)

The jobs we aggregate come from public sources and contain professional information (sometimes a recruiter's name). We strip recruiters' personal contact details from ad bodies before publication.

If you appear in an aggregated listing and want it corrected or removed, contact us — we treat it as a priority.

4. Purposes

5. Who we share with

We do not sell data. We use infrastructure processors to run the service — EU hosting (Hetzner), CDN/security (Cloudflare) and transactional email (Resend) — bound by data processing agreements.

6. Retention

Alert data is kept until you cancel it (link in every email) or until the alert is deactivated after prolonged inactivity. Technical logs are deleted on short cycles.

7. Cookies

We use only essential and preference cookies (language, consent state). No third-party tracking cookies, no fingerprinting. You can manage preferences via the "Manage cookies" button in the footer.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data (GDPR). To exercise them, write to us: supportvoxs (at) gmail (dot) com

9. Complaints

If you believe we process your data improperly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
