1. Who we are

Voxjobs is a job-listing aggregator operated by the Vox network. We collect jobs from open sources (company career sites and public employment services), remove duplicates and present them in one place.

We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or an application intermediary. Applications always happen at the source — on the site of the company or portal that published the job. We do not receive applications or CVs.

2. Using the service

Voxjobs is free and requires no account. You can:

• Search and browse jobs and company pages, without registering.
• Create email alerts — the only data we store is your email and the search criteria; you can cancel at any time via the link in each email.
• Use the content for personal job-searching. Mass automated collection (scraping) of the site is not permitted.

3. Content and sources

The jobs shown come from public sources, with the source and the date of last verification always indicated. AI-generated summaries and attributes derive exclusively from the text of the original ad.

If you own a listing (company or portal) and want it corrected or removed from Voxjobs, contact us — we act promptly.

4. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the catalogue fresh (continuous checks, marking expired listings), but the content is the responsibility of whoever published it at the source. Always confirm the details — salary, conditions, deadlines — on the original ad before applying.

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability.

5. Fraud and reporting

Be wary of ads that:

• Ask for payments, bank details or documents before any contract.
• Offer disproportionate salaries with contact only via WhatsApp/Telegram.
• Redirect to websites unrelated to the advertised company.

6. Intellectual property

The Voxjobs brand, design and site software belong to the Vox network. The content of listings belongs to whoever published it at the source; we present it with source attribution, for the purpose of aggregation and reference.

7. Liability

Voxjobs is not a party to the relationship between candidate and employer and is not responsible for hiring decisions, offered conditions or the outcome of applications. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or third-party listings.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms when necessary; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
