These rewarding roles involve supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them to achieve their full potential within a caring and inclusive environment. 1:1 Teaching Assistant – ReceptionHours: Full-time, term time only Start Date: September 2026 We are looking for a patient and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child entering Reception with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will: • Build positive and trusting relationships with the child. • Support communication, social interaction and emotional regulation. • Work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and external professionals. • Adapt learning activities to meet the child's individual needs. • Promote independence and inclusion within the classroom environment.
