360 Loading Shovel Operator

Hours: • Monday to Friday • 8am to 6pm Job Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day running of the site. Key Responsibilities • Operate a 360 Loading Shovel safely and efficiently. • Load hoppers, crushers, lorries, and stockpiles as required. • Move and transport materials around the site. • Carry out daily machine inspections and report any faults or defects. • Complete routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. • Assist with general site and yard duties when required. • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Requirements • Valid 360 Loading Shovel licence/certificate (NPORS or CPCS). • Previous experience operating a loading shovel in a quarry, recycling, waste, or industrial environment. • Good understanding of health and safety procedures. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. • Willingness to assist with general site duties when required.
