This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm, handling a high-quality caseload with genuine opportunities for long-term progression. The Role You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property • Landlord and tenant matters • Commercial leases and lease renewals • Property development transactions • Refinancing and secured lending matters • Portfolio management work • Alongside other commercial property matters Alongside your own caseload, you will also: • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Play an active role in business development and networking activities • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department The Ideal Candidate You will be: • A Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property • Technically strong with experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters • Confident managing files independently from instruction through to completion • Commercially minded with strong business development skills • An excellent communicator with outstanding client-care abilities • Proactive, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment If you have the relevant experience and are looking to join a dynamic and growing team, we would love to hear from you.
