7.5 Tonne (C1) Driver Location: Billingsgate Market, London Job Type: Temporary Pay Rate: £20.17 per hour (including holiday pay) LTD Option: Available We are currently recruiting an experienced 7.5 Tonne (C1) Driver to deliver frozen fish to fishmongers from Billingsgate Market. This is a hands-on role requiring a physically fit and reliable driver who is comfortable with manual handling and experienced using a tachograph. Working Hours • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday • 7:30am start • 8–9 hour shifts Training begins on 6th August, with work continuing over the following two weeks. Responsibilities • Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle fitted with a tachograph. • Delivering frozen fish to customers across the delivery route. • Loading and unloading goods as required. • Completing deliveries safely, efficiently and on time. • Complying with all road transport and health & safety regulations. Requirements • Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) driving licence. • Valid Driver CPC qualification. • Valid Digital Tachograph Card. • Previous multi-drop driving experience preferred. • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. • Available to start training on 6th August.
