What you will do… The Accident Management Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end support to customers involved in road traffic accidents and insurance claims, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant claims journey. The role involves coordinating vehicle repairs, replacement vehicles, insurance communications, and legal processes while delivering excellent customer service. The role acts as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, repairers, and solicitors, ensuring all instances are handled in line with UK regulations, company procedures, and service-level agreements. What do you need to be successful… We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident handling sensitive conversations, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
