Account Executive (Existing Book Available)

We are assisting an established independent broker in Doncaster as they look to add an Account Executive to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive looking for a new challenge with a broker offering excellent career prospects. They are looking to invest long term and support someone who will take on a sizeable portfolio of existing clients from the Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities • Inherit a book generating c£200k in income which is made up by a broad range of risks and industry sectors • Build long standing relationships with new and existing clients • Utilise your insurance industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities to generate new business • Use relationship building skills to grow and retain a profitable book of business • Enhance your networking skills to develop a sustainable pipeline of new business covering a wide range of commercial insurance products • Demonstrate your self-motivated and hard-working nature to meet and exceed set income & retention targets • Drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales and retention process • Use your excellent communication and client handling abilities to ensure an outstanding client experience at all times Qualifications • A track record in retaining existing and placing new business in the commercial insurance industry • Ability to cover the region utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach • A genuine interest in building long standing working relationships with clients • Ability and drive to build up a book of new business, ensuring continued long-term client satisfaction In return is the opportunity to be part of a great team that offer a friendly, supportive, and progressive environment.
