Account Manager - IT & Telecoms

Account Manager | Manchester | Up to £30,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE A growing technology business is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing existing customer accounts rather than chasing cold new business. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, reconnect with dormant accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and help businesses adopt modern technology solutions. What you'll be doing: • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts • Re-engaging inactive clients and identifying new revenue opportunities • Building long-term relationships through consultative account management • Selling a range of technology solutions including connectivity, cloud and communications • Preparing proposals, negotiating deals and closing business • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience What they're looking for: • Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development • A consultative, relationship-led approach • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Confident managing multiple customer relationships • Experience within technology, telecoms or IT is beneficial but not essential What's on offer: • Up to £30,000 basic salary • Uncapped OTE • Manchester (Stretford office - 5 days per week) • Genuine progression opportunities • Existing customer accounts with plenty of growth potential If you're looking for a role where you can build long-term client relationships, maximise earning potential and develop your career within a growing business, I'd love to tell you more.
