Accounts Assistant

As an Accounts Assistant in Bath, you'll focus on the production of accounts, helping to keep the finance operations running smoothly. This role is part of a professional services team and will see you working closely with colleagues to deliver accurate and timely results. Client Details This company operates within the professional services industry and is based in Bath. Description • Prepare and produce accounts for clients in line with deadlines. • Maintain organised and accurate financial records. • Assist with reconciliations and reporting tasks. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows. • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Communicate with clients to clarify information as needed. • Help to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts. • Contribute to the smooth running of the accounting processes. Profile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: • Experience in the production of accounts. • AAT Qualified or ACA/ACCA Part Qualified • Experience from working in an accountancy practice • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • A proactive and collaborative approach to work. • Knowledge of accounting systems and processes. • Good communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
