Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a growing property business as an Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some previous finance experience who is looking to build their career within a supportive and professional environment. Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of accounting duties while receiving ongoing training and support. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase and sales invoices, assisting with bank reconciliations, supporting payment runs, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping with month-end tasks. You will also liaise with colleagues across the business, ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently. Skills and Experience Required • Previous experience within an accounts or finance role, ideally as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Finance Administrator. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. • Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems would be beneficial.
