Description This is far more than a traditional Accounts position. You'll become a key member of a growing business where finance sits at the heart of operational success. Working closely with the CFO and external accounting partners, you'll take ownership of day-to-day finance activities while contributing to the continual improvement of processes and controls. You'll be involved in: • Managing daily bookkeeping activities through Xero • Processing customer and supplier invoices, cash postings and journals • Managing supplier invoices through Dext and ApprovalMax • Ensuring invoices are accurately coded and allocated • Supporting supplier payment runs and maintaining approval processes • Managing and processing employee expenses • Supporting payroll activities alongside external payroll providers • Assisting month-end and year-end financial close processes • Supporting audit requirements and compliance activities • Helping improve finance processes as the business continues to grow • Acting as a key point of contact for customer, supplier and employee finance queries This is an opportunity to become a trusted member of the team, with visibility across multiple areas of the business and the chance to influence how the finance function evolves. Profile We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. You'll be a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
