Accounts assistant

Your new company Your new company is an organisation that is based in the heart of Swansea. They have been operating for around a decade and aspire to be one of the leading social enterprises in Wales within the next few years. Your new role You will be carrying out the transactional duties within the finance division as well as dealing with the responsibilities relating to purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash book and bank reconciliation. You will also be carrying out month-end duties, including accruals, prepayments and assisting with management accounts. The role will initially be part-time hours. However, there is a possibility that they will progress into more full-time hours within the new year. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have significant experience working in a similar role, be AAT qualified and be competent in accountancy software. You will have good excel skills, a close attention to detail, as well as having strong written and verbal communication skills.
