Description
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role.
• A good understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Must want to progress with their ACCA studies. Early studiers encouraged to apply.
Please note - this role is 5 days per week in the office (No Hybrid Working offered)
Job Offer
• Salary between £30,000 and £34,000, dependent on the level of experience.
