Office & Accounts Manager • Role – Office & Accounts Manager • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Flexible Working Hours • Location: Ellesmere Port • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Reed are proud to be working with a family-run business, established for over 35 years, recruiting for an Accounts/Office Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised with a strong blend of Accounts and Administration experience. Day-to-day of the role: • Inputting of data into Sage Line 50 • Serve as the first point of contact for telephone duties, redirecting calls to the sales team or handling accounts/admin enquiries. • Create invoices and delivery notes, including for courier services. • Organise collections of materials and manage logistics. • Chase outstanding debts and handle communications with debtors. • Manage import couriers and customs documentation. • VAT Returns • Manage Payroll on 4 weekly basis • Handle banking and other general administrative duties. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Sage Line 50 experience is essential. • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling phone calls. • Experience in creating invoices, delivery notes, and handling logistics. • Ability to manage VAT returns and wage runs. • Experience with banking and general administrative tasks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
