Accounts Senior (Full-Time or Part-Time) Flexible / Hybrid Working Available Salary: From £30,000 (pro rata for part-time, depending on experience) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic accountancy practice seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and services, along with excellent benefits and flexibility. The RoleAs an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services. Responsibilities will include: • Bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns for a diverse client portfolio • Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders • Corporation tax computations • Self-assessment tax returns • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting and advisory work • Assisting with payroll where required The Ideal Candidate • AAT qualified (or qualified by experience) • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within practice • Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax • Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload What’s on Offer • Competitive salary starting from £30,000 (pro rata for part-time) • Flexible working options, including hybrid/working from home • Part-time hours will be considered • Private medical insurance • KPI-based bonus scheme (after 6 months) • One professional membership subscription paid annually • Ongoing CPD and training support • Nearby parking provided Working Hours • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week) • Part-time: Flexible arrangements available (to be discussed) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Senior looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm with real opportunities for development.
