Accounts Technician

Key responsibilities of this Accounts Technician role to include: - Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies - Preparing VAT returns and completing bookkeeping assignments - Assisting with the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns - Preparing management accounts where required - Working closely with clients, responding to day-to-day queries and building strong working relationships - Supporting senior members of the team with a variety of accounting assignments You'll be a great fit if you: - Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice - Are confident preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients - Are AAT qualified or studying towards ACA or ACCA (although qualified by experience candidates are also encouraged to apply) - Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and delivering excellent client service This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established practice where you'll enjoy a varied workload, ongoing professional development and the chance to build a rewarding long-term career.
