Specsavers Staines is seeking an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to embark on an exciting journey towards business ownership. Joining initially as an Acting Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from a development programme designed to prepare you for full partnership within approximately 12 months, culminating in the acquisition of 50% shareholding to become the Audiology Partner and Director of this successful business. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with hands-on business experience, supported by a tailored development programme designed to prepare you for partnership. You'll work alongside experienced Optical and Retail Partners with a strong operational background and a proven track record of developing successful partners and businesses. As an Acting Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the business, growing services across the local area while building the skills, confidence and commercial expertise required for business ownership. Through a structured Acting Partner development programme, you'll receive the mentoring, support and commercial exposure needed to prepare for full partnership, with a clear pathway to acquiring a 50% shareholding in the business and becoming the Audiology Partner and Director for Staines. Requirements of the Role We're looking for a qualified HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and excited by the prospect of development and future business ownership.
