Activities Assistant

1. Awareness and understanding of the care plan of activity/”work and play” for each resident written in consultation with the resident’s family, Named Nurse and Key Worker based on his/her assessed needs and wishes. 2. Working with nursing and care staff, ensuring the implementation and evaluation of these plans, particularly in that activities appropriate for the individual resident are available. 3.Organising, co-ordinating and ensuring the delivery of activities to the residents and organising necessary participation and support from staff and families 4.Participating personally in the provision of activities. 5. To assist Activities Co Ordinator with daily requirements both residents and records. PAY WILL BE DISCUSSED Please email for more info.
