School Administrator Location: South East London Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We're looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive School Administrator to join a welcoming school in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and making a positive contribution to the daily running of a school. Key Responsibilities • Managing the school reception and welcoming visitors, parents, and pupils. • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally. • Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases. • Supporting attendance, admissions, and general school administration. • Preparing letters, reports, and other documentation. • Assisting with diary management, meetings, and events. • Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school staff. The Ideal Candidate Will Have • Previous administration experience (school experience is desirable but not essential). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience using school management systems such as Arbor, SIMS, or Bromcom is an advantage. • A professional, approachable, and flexible attitude.
