• Complete general data entry accurately and within agreed timescales. • Enter vaccine and immunisation data onto patient medical records accurately and in a timely manner. • Assist with Practice communications, including liaising with our website provider to arrange and coordinate website updates. • Log, track and escalate IT support calls as required, liaising with IT providers to help ensure timely resolution of issues. • Maintain and organise patient records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality at all times. • Process patient registrations, both paper-based and online. • Manage and process administrative workflow tasks within clinical systems (e.g. EMIS and Docman), ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date. • Review patient questionnaire feedback, forwarding and flagging relevant information to the appropriate person. • Undertake general office duties, including scanning, copying and document handling, to support smooth daily operations.
