Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant Location: Epsom Hours: 8 hours per week (10:00am – 2:00pm, 2 days per week) Potential for Additional Hours: Flexibility for the role to increase to 3 days per week as the business grows Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and is confident handling emails, paperwork, and basic bookkeeping duties. The successful candidate will work 10:00am–2:00pm on two days per week, with the possibility of additional hours and a third working day in the future. Key Responsibilities • Managing and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner • General administrative support and office organisation • Filing, scanning, and maintaining paperwork and records • Data entry and updating company systems • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and recording expenses • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required • Maintaining accurate and confidential records Requirements • Previous administration experience preferred • Good organisation and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Good attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload • Basic bookkeeping experience would be advantageous but is not essential What We Offer • Competitive pay of £12.71 per hour • Flexible, part-time hours • Friendly and supportive working environment • Opportunity for additional hours as the role develops • Convenient Epsom location
