School Admin/Finance • Job Type: Full-time, Term Time Only • Location: Near Mile End, London • Start Date: 01/09/2026 • Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm We are seeking a highly capable candidate to join our team, supporting both reception and finance duties within a school environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance experience and familiarity with specific educational systems. We are a coeducational special educational needs school for 11–19-year-olds. Day-to-day of the role: • Cover reception duties for 3 days per week, providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service. • For the remaining 2 days, support financial operations as a Finance Assistant. • Utilise systems such as School Money, T2P, Arbor Finance, and Arbor MIS to manage school operations effectively. • Engage with staff, students, and visitors, ensuring a smooth operation of the school's front desk and financial transactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous experience working within a school environment. • Strong finance experience and ability to manage multiple financial tasks. • Proficient in using educational and financial systems such as School Money, T2P, Arbor Finance, and Arbor MIS. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
