Administrator Location: Farnborough Hours: Full Time - Flexible Working Hours Available - are you looking for a role that works around you? We can help!! Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) We have an exciting new role available to join a growing and supportive team! Are you an organised, proactive individual looking to build your career with great customer service skills? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator with great customer service skills to join their friendly and busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration, office or receptionist experience who is eager to develop their skills within a supportive environment. Full training will be provided, making this the perfect role for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include: • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls, taking accurate messages and directing enquiries. • Managing and responding to client emails professionally and efficiently. • Supporting the Lettings team with landlord onboarding and administration. • Preparing and collating tenant application documentation. • Assisting the Property Management team with tenancy agreements and renewals. • Coordinating property maintenance and repair requests. • Supporting a variety of projects, including updating records, maintaining databases and general administrative tasks. • Providing valuable administrative support across the wider business as required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: • Experienced in an office administration, receptionist or similar role (minimum 1 year's experience preferred). • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Professional, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • A quick learner who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and isn't afraid to ask questions. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
