Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well-established Charitable organisation, supporting a busy function. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance and legal team by coordinating queries, managing documentation, and supporting efficient processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor specific team-wide email accounts and ensure correspondence is shared with the relevant team members
• To ensure responses are provided and all emails stored for easy future reference
• Banking and investment funds - mandate management
• To be responsible for the bank and investment fund mandates and ensure all changes are communicated to the bank in a timely manner
• To follow up with the bank and investment managers to ensure all changes are processed
• To prepare bank and investment transfers, as required, and ensure all relevant supporting paperwork is retained.
• To take specific responsibility of the expenses inbox and ensure the timely and accurate processing of expense claims and grant applications
• Ensuring that expense claims are submitted in line with the Expense Policy, liaising with approvers as necessary
• To support the Finance Assistant with the processing of supplier invoices and other payments as required (such as to provide resilient or cover for team holidays)
• Support to units for Trust Corporation accounts
• To be the key point of contact for Trust Corporation queries, monitoring and managing the central Trust Corporation inbox
• Ensuring that all queries and actions are dealt with in a timely manner
• To be responsible for the administration of the cash and investment funds held by units
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days pw on site)
Hourly rate: £14.30 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay
Hours: 17.5 per week
Contract: 6-8 weeks with chance to extend
