Our Client, a Merseyside council is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Community Team. Fantastic payrate of £36.08 per hour! Responsibilities of this role: • Assessments, reviews, care-planning, duty and capacity assessment. • To practice effectively, exercising high quality judgements in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge, acting with confidence and considerable autonomy whilst accessing and using support and advice. • To support and assist the provision of high-quality adult social care for older people and adults within national and local policy guidelines by assessing and meeting the care needs of adult citizens in the district. • To develop skills in evaluating the quality and impact (outcomes) of own practice and that of the team and service.
