Our Client, a North Wales Council, is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join their Mental Health Team. Fantastic payrate of up to £44.23 per hour! Responsibilities of this role: • Assess mental health needs and risks for adults. • Develop and review care/support plans tailored to individual needs. • Provide crisis intervention and manage safeguarding concerns. • Coordinate multi-disciplinary support with health and community services. • Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services. • Connect individuals to housing, benefits, and community resources. • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records. • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards. • Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development. Requirements of this role: • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. • Must have minimum of 3 year's post qualifying experience.
