Were seeking ACPs with a special interest in the management of the typical conditions seen within a UTC, to provide day-to-day clinical leadership support to the teams. To provide leadership support for the clinicians already working in the service, to advance the care of the presenting patients (in line with our 4 pillars approach). Were looking for ACPs with a proven track record of working at this level in an urgent care environment and who can support the South Service Lead and Unit managers in safe care delivery.
