In Suffolk and North East Essex (SuNEE) our Clinical Assessment Service plays a vital role in supporting patients across the regionproviding timely, expert clinical advice and directing them to the most appropriate care pathway. As an Advanced Nurse / Clinical Practitioner, youll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working within a telephone and digital triage environment. Youll help ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right timereducing unnecessary hospital visits and improving outcomes across the system. Practice Plus Group is one of the UKs leading independent healthcare providers, and were proud to support the NHS with innovative services that put patients first. Our OOH service is open from Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you.
