Advanced Nurse Pracitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team within a group of four GP practices in the Tameside area, all located within a three-mile radius. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, undertaking comprehensive clinical assessments, and supporting effective clinical decision-making. This is a flexible role, with both full-time and part-time hours considered. We are committed to supporting your professional development, offering one-to-one training and weekly tutorials tailored to individual learning needs. An on-call GP is always available to provide clinical guidance and support. The postholder must be able to work until 18:30, with flexibility to remain later on occasion in response to urgent clinical need.
