Advanced Practitioner - Adult MASH Location: Oldham Rate: £35 per hour Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 days office-based per week Oldham Council is looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join its Adult Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner with strong front-door experience to support high-quality safeguarding decision-making and provide leadership within a fast-paced service. Key Responsibilities: • Work within a busy Adult MASH/front-door service managing complex safeguarding referrals • Chair safeguarding meetings and complex multi-disciplinary (MDT) meetings • Support decision-making and risk management across the service • Provide leadership and guidance to staff within the team • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective safeguarding outcomes Requirements: • Significant experience within an Adult MASH or Adult Duty Team • Experience chairing safeguarding and complex MDT meetings • Strong background in multi-agency safeguarding • Previous experience managing staff within a busy front-door service • Relevant qualifications in line with the job description and person specification What's on offer: • £35 per hour • Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 office days per week • Opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced Adult MASH service If you have the experience to lead safeguarding practice in a front-door Adult Social Care setting, we'd love to hear from you.
