After School Provision Manager Location: St. Albans Salary: Dependent on experience Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school seeking an enthusiastic and experienced After School Provision Manager to lead its after school club. This is a fantastic opportunity for a childcare professional with leadership experience to manage a safe, engaging and enjoyable provision for children at the end of the school day. Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day running of the after school provision. • Lead and support a small staff team. • Plan and deliver fun, inclusive activities. • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, welfare and health & safety. • Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff. About You • Experience working with primary-aged children. • Previous supervisory or leadership experience. • Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) desirable. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Passionate about providing high-quality childcare.
