Keystone Healthcare is looking for a Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to individuals. We have recently acquired a contract with 8 Homes in Doncaster and are looking to expand our team! These homes are for a variety of service users , the homes you work at would depend on your experience , availability and preferred locations. Possible locations - DN7 , DN4 , DN7 , DN11 , DN6 , DN5 What You’ll Do: • Assist with personal care tasks, • Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs • Monitor health conditions and ensure accurate documentation • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' well-being • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement care plans • Support clients with transport to appointments and social activities What We’re Looking For: • 6 months paid experience in a professional care setting • Able to provide 5 years worth of references • Willing to complete mandatory training and have an enhanced DBS check • Strong communication skills and empathy for clients • A compassionate, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help others • Right to work in the UK Why Keystone Healthcare? • Our bookings team are on call 24/7 to support you • Flexibility to work when you want - Part time and full time roles available. • Excellent rates of pay • Facility to provide full training and a DBS if necessary • Paid weekly on receipt of timesheets. • Referral bonus - for anyone who you refer that works just 100 hours • Free Uniform* • Extensive training and a certificate included If you’re ready to take on a rewarding role and provide care that truly makes a difference, apply today!
