Job description

Role: Agile Coach Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Location: London Flexible working: Hybrid My client is looking for an experienced Agile coach to drive Agile maturity across a large-scale technology organisation. This is far more than a traditional Agile Coach role. You'll be responsible for embedding enterprise-wide Ways of Working, shaping the target operating model, and ensuring both internal teams and delivery partners are aligned to a consistent Agile approach. The Role • Lead the adoption of Agile across multiple technology functions. • Coach and influence teams, leadership and third-party partners to embed Agile best practice. • Shape and implement the target operating model, driving consistency across delivery. • Champion Agile transformation at both a strategic and operational level. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from Tech Leads through to CIO level. What We're Looking For • Proven experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach within a large, complex organisation. • Strong experience driving Agile transformation across multiple teams and business functions. • Hands-on experience with SAFe 6 and Kanban. • Demonstrable experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading organisational change. • Ability to coach at scale, embedding lasting behavioural and cultural change rather than simply supporting delivery teams. • A technical background or understanding of the software delivery lifecycle would be advantageous.
