AI Delivery Manager Liverpool/Hybrid (3 Days in Office) A leading international professional services organisation is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to help drive the successful delivery of a growing portfolio of AI and technology initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in AI, innovation and digital transformation. Working across Product, Technology, Change, Risk and Business teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in a structured, scalable and predictable manner while supporting adoption and delivering tangible business outcomes. You'll be joining at an exciting time as the organisation continues to expand globally, with significant investment in technology, innovation and client-facing solutions. Key Responsibilities • Oversee delivery across multiple AI and technology initiatives simultaneously • Establish and enhance delivery frameworks, governance processes and reporting standards • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery plans across a complex portfolio of projects • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Change, Risk and Business stakeholders • Support backlog management, prioritisation and roadmap delivery • Produce clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered in a scalable, repeatable and commercially focused manner • Drive stakeholder engagement and support successful adoption of new solutions • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Transformation Manager, Product Delivery Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and frameworks • Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously • Proven track record of governance, reporting, risk and dependency management • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience operating within complex, fast-paced environments • Ability to bring structure, consistency and delivery discipline to evolving programmes Desirable • Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation or emerging technologies • Experience within professional services, legal services, financial services or consulting environments • Agile, Prince2, Scrum or similar certifications What's on Offer? • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and digital transformation initiatives • Significant scope to influence and shape delivery best practice • Collaborative and supportive culture • Hybrid working environment • Excellent long-term career prospects within a growing international organisation If you're an experienced delivery professional who enjoys bringing structure, governance and momentum to complex technology programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
