AI Engineer - up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Hybrid/London

AI Engineer Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in Central London Working Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday We are recruiting multiple AI Engineers to join a global organisation investing heavily in AI, automation and intelligent systems. Working within a highly skilled engineering team, the AI Engineer will design, build and deploy production grade AI solutions that solve real business challenges at scale. This AI Engineer role is a hands on engineering position suited to individuals who enjoy building end to end AI applications, working with large language models, agentic workflows and modern machine learning technologies. Responsibilities for the AI Engineer: • Develop and deploy AI powered applications, services and APIs • Build solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI and machine learning techniques • Design and optimise RAG pipelines, vector search solutions and AI workflows • Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and business systems • Collaborate with engineers, data specialists and business stakeholders to deliver high impact solutions • Contribute to technical best practice and support continuous improvement across the AI function Essential Skills for the AI Engineer: • Strong Python development experience • Commercial experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI application development • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases and semantic search • Experience deploying AI solutions within cloud environments • Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps and production AI systems • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders If you are an AI Engineer with strong full-stack capability and a passion for delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, please apply in the immediate instance.
