AI Solutions Lead - Insurance - London (Hybrid) - Up to £100,000 I'm currently working with a top Insurance broker in the London Market to appoint an AI Solutions professional t act as the go-to person for AI and Machine Learning within the development function, working closely alongside senior leadership an cross-functional teams. Backed by significant investment and experiencing rapid growth, the business has made AI a core part of its strategy for developing and enhancing its products. This role has been created as a critical part of that vision - not as an experimental initiative or a future consideration, but as a key position shaping the next phase of the company's growth. Skills & Experience Experience within insurance or financial services (this doesn't need to be purely technical) Hands-on prompt engineering experience Experience working in a GCP environment (or strong exposure) Someone who already has an AI-first mindset Comfortable working with different teams and speaking to stakeholders Confident enough to suggest ideas and improvements, not just follow instructions What you'll get £100k salary (depending on experience) + bonus Unlimited holiday Pension and private healthcare A central London office and a hybrid setup The chance to genuinely shape how a business uses AI going forward If you're serious about AI and want to help shape the future of an entire development function - let's have a conversation.
