Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a growing and well-established business that values quality workmanship, customer service and employee development?
We are recruiting for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join a busy and professional team, carrying out installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair work across a range of commercial and domestic air conditioning systems across Sussex.
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
• Fault finding and diagnosis across a variety of equipment
• Working on split, multi-split, VRV and VRF systems
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards
• Conducting site-specific risk assessments and adhering to Health & Safety procedures
• Completing service reports and associated documentation accurately and on time
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
• Identifying opportunities for improvements and providing recommendations where appropriate
Essential Requirements for the Air Conditioning Engineer:
• CITB Air Conditioning Qualification (or equivalent)
• REFCOM F-Gas Certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
Requirements for the Air Conditioning Engineer:
• Previous experience within air conditioning installation, service and maintenance
• Proven experience working on: Split systems, Multi-split systems, VRV/VRF systems
• Experience working with a range of manufacturers' equipment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Customer-focused and professional
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Hours, Salary & Company Benefits for the Air Conditioning Engineer:
• Up to £42,000 (dependent on experience)
• 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
• Field based across Sussex - Crawley, Horsham, Worthing, Brighton & Eastbourne
• Company van provided
