Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer • 40-55k basic salary depending on experience • Door to door travel pay • Van, fuel card, phone • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays • Call out rota and overtime available • Private healthcare after 1 year A great opportunity to join an established and expanding air conditioning and refrigeration contractor who pride themselves on the quality service they provide their clients. They cover across the London and home counties area providing service, maintenance, design and installation on various systems and are very active on energy consumption and how to reduce this for their clients. Their employees are always looked after and can move up in the company due to further training and being looked after. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer, you will be:- • Providing service, maintenance and breakdown on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment • Working on cold rooms, walk in fridges and freezers, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottles fridge and everything in between, also splits and multi splits, VRVF and VRF equipment – 70-80% on the air conditioning side • Covering about 30% of the time across to Bristol, also covering Wiltshire, Berkshire, surrey and Hampshire andvery little going into greater London if ever • Working with clients such as hotels, bars, restaurants and commercial companies and care homes Skills needed to be an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer • Living anywhere in or around Newbury to reading to Basingstoke area ideally but mid to north Hampshire would also be considered • You need good experience working on air conditioning and ideally refrigeration but would look at someone with someone with minimal fridge experience • They would look at engineers that are biased on either conditioning or refrigeration • F Gas cert needed, IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial For an immediate interview contact Adam Southam In the event that you are contacted for a role, please note that as part of the registration process you shall be required to provide FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. with proof of identity as well as proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
