Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Airbnb Cleaners to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services for short-term rental properties in Croydon and surrounding areas. This role involves preparing properties to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and pristine environment. Responsibilities • Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required to meet guest expectations. • Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and trash is disposed of appropriately. • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team promptly. • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and consumables to ensure the property is fully prepared for incoming guests. • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities. • Maintain organised storage of cleaning equipment and supplies for efficiency and safety. Skills • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is highly desirable. • Proven janitorial experience demonstrating attention to detail and thoroughness. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently. • Excellent time management skills to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing checklists accurately. • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for success in this role.
