Alliances Manager

Alliances Manager Location: Western Europe. Remote working. Salary: GBP90,000 - GBP110,000 per year Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Fridays, 8.30am - 3pm. Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Alliances Manager to join their ever-expanding team. Responsibilities of the Alliances Manager: · Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships for cooling with AI and HPC providers such as Dell, HPE, SuperMicro, Nvidia etc. · Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with key stakeholders across Europe. · Identify and develop joint value propositions, co-selling opportunities, and integrated solutions offerings to drive mutual business growth. · Support the development of regional go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs. · Maintain a deep understanding of Data Center cooling technologies, AI workloads and HPC infrastructure trends. · Co-organize events, webinars, and campaigns with alliance partners to generate leads and build awareness. · Collaborate with the LDCS sales team, sales engineers, and project teams to ensure partner solutions are well-integrated and aligned with client requirements. Requirements of the Alliances Manager: · 3+ years of experience in business development, alliance management, or partner sales in the Data Center, AI, or HPC infrastructure space. · Proven track record of managing strategic alliances with OEMs, AI solution providers, or hyperscalers. · Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems. · Strong understanding of Data Center cooling, thermal management, and high-density compute environments. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
