Operating within a collaborative engineering environment, the business offers engineers the opportunity to influence product strategy, lead technical innovation and work across the full ASIC development lifecycle. Due to continued growth and an expanding product roadmap, they are looking to appoint a Analog Design Manager to lead their Analog IC Design team. The Role This is a hands-on technical leadership position, responsible for managing a team of Analog and Mixed-Signal Design Engineers while overseeing the delivery of complex ASIC development projects from concept through to production. Working closely with engineering, product and executive teams, you'll drive technical excellence, develop future ASIC roadmaps and play a key role in shaping next-generation semiconductor products.
