What We Are Looking For: Essential Skills: • Proven experience in establishing Analytics Governance or EUC Governance frameworks. • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as BCBS239 principles and knowledge of data regulatory compliance in the financial sector. • Experience with cataloguing tools like Collibra or Apparity. • Strong project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Desirable Skills: • Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. • Solid understanding of data management concepts and data lineage. What You Will Do: • Establish and promote Analytics Governance standards across the organisation • Identify, document, and manage Key Data Uses (KDUs) and End User Computing (EUC) tools • Perform gap analysis and drive remediation activities to ensure compliance • Build and maintain data and analytics catalogues • Collaborate with stakeholders across all business areas to embed governance best practices.
