Analytics Manager Greater London Area Up to 89k This is an opportunity for an analytics professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and decision making. You will combine strong SQL and Python expertise with clear communication to deliver insights that directly influence business outcomes. The Company They are a large, data-driven organisation undergoing a significant transformation, with analytics at the core of their strategy. Operating across multiple business areas, they manage complex datasets and prioritise evidence-based decision making. The environment is collaborative, with close interaction between analytics, digital, finance, and data science teams. They are committed to building scalable analytics capabilities and improving how data informs commercial performance. The Role • Deliver robust analytics to support key business decisions, using internal and external data sources • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to track performance and KPIs • Lead analytical projects including A B testing, cohort analysis, segmentation, and trend analysis • Use advanced SQL to query and manipulate large datasets within a data warehouse environment • Develop repeatable analytical workflows using Python to improve efficiency and consistency • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, quality checks, and clear documentation • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics, definitions, and outputs Your Skills and Experience • Strong commercial experience in analytics within a data-rich environment • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions • Experience using Python for analysis, automation, and reproducible workflows • Experience with A B testing and experimental design • Strong understanding of data modelling, KPIs, and performance measurement • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool • Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision making • Experience managing data quality and working with complex datasets Please apply with your CV.
