AOG Operator Nights

Our client is looking for Operations professionals who are fully conversant with managing end-to-end import and export movements, with a particular emphasis on exports, across both air and road freight. Role will involve processing urgent AOG from start to finish working in a fast paced busy environment Key requirements include: • Strong import/export operational experience (exports being the main focus) • Customs entry experience would be advantageous, although this can be taught to candidates with solid industry knowledge • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer emails and operational requirements • Familiarity with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments and the associated service requirements Hours are Hrs 4 on 4 off Excellent company and benefits package including enhanced annual leave entitlement
