The Role • Contacting warm leads who have already expressed an interest in the service. • Qualifying customer requirements and identifying opportunities. • Booking appointments for the sales team. • Building strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service. • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system. • Working towards appointment and performance targets. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar outbound calling role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service focus. • Confident, professional, and motivated approach. • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. • Positive attitude with a drive to achieve results.
