Although applicants do not need to have any prior experience, they must be willing to undertake duties and training to gain experience in all aspects of children's learning and education. All responsibilities will be supported with offsite apprenticeship training. We would welcome someone who enjoys being around children with an interest in child development. This role will also provide support to the current Early Years Worker team within Cubs & Kits. The primary role of an early year's educator apprentice is to learn through apprentice training to deliver high-quality childcare whilst working to Early Years Foundation Stage standards for children's learning and development. They will ensure children are always kept safe, observe children's progress and keep records to share with parents. We would welcome applicants with imagination and creativity, patience and enthusiasm with a caring nature and a willingness to work as part of our team.
