In partnership with our training provider - Learning Curve Group - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Housing Level 2 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience. We are fully committed to support all our apprentices during their training. We're looking for individuals with the potential to be future leaders within our business, who are keen to immerse themselves and work across all areas of our businesses, with the ambition and desire to build a long lasting, successful career with us. What will you do? You'll become part of our Lettings Team and work closely with our Customer Lettings Coordinators. You'll gain hands-on experience in how we match people with suitable homes and support customers through the moving process, while building a strong understanding of housing services in a real working environment. By the end of your placement, you'll feel confident in the lettings process and know the important part you've played in helping people move into Sanctuary Homes. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship! What skills and abilities do I need to have?
