Job Title: Architectural Technologist Ref: BM238 Location: London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join an international award-winning practice who provide multidisciplinary services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologist to join their London studio. Benefits for the role of Architectural Technologist include: • Highly competitive salary • Training and professional development • Generous holiday allowance • Hybrid working • Contributory pension scheme Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include: • Produce compliant technical design solutions for architectural design intent • Produce detailed design information across RIBA stages 2 through to 4 • Work alongside the project team to ensure projects comply with UK building regulations • Ensure BIM delivery and information management is in line with project standards Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist: • Degree within Architectural Technology • Chartered member or working towards CIAT Chartership • Proven experience delivering complex projects across various sectors • Proficiency with Revit • Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations • Job running experience is desirable • Strong technical detailing skills • Excellent communication and organisational skills If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email .
